| Capacity is about 31,000. The 15,000 or so on the side of the students was overfilled. It's those fucking pay people that didn't fill it up. So we blame them. | I actually love it when smaller schools close to home have great seasons (the salukis basketball team last year comes to mind) but you shouldn't get all pissed at people that don't care, doing so is what we call "flame bait". I was disgusted because there were prolly around three people total in this arguement (I'm not even counting myself), and you were rallying the NIU troops against this website. I mean, you really just can't take things that seriously, especially coming from the comments section of some random website, and especially not over a good sports season you school is having. 11/11/2002-9:56am | ||
| What I find that is sad is the fact every time I come to post here about something good happening to NIU, just about everyone goes in some way or another, who the fuck cares. Everyone has to try and knock us down. Very few times, if any, has someone said, way to go, yeah you're good this year, or acknowledge how well we are doing. No, it's always our team is better, our school is better, or some other remark that you seem so brave to say anonymously.
